Shopping with Shipt - A Review

My palms sweat, my heart hammers, and it feels as if I can't breathe. My nervous ticks set in as I fantasize about an escape, but if I don't finish my errands I'll only have to come back and do it all over again.

This week, my word of advice comes in the form of a new video I've recorded. Here, I'll be reviewing the app Shipt, which delivers groceries right to your door.

It's a small triumph, but it's the little things that help us get through the day. Anything that can take one more burden of our shoulders can make all the difference. Shipt has provided that for me, and I'm hoping it can do the same for anyone with day-to-day anxiety.
